Module 2: Using LLMs like ChatGPT | 45 minutes

• Mastering Prompting
• Live walkthroughs of ChatGPT features
• Hands-on activity: streamline one of your own admin tasks

Module 3: AI for Content & Comms | 30 minutes

• Using AI to co-write documents, contracts, proposals, and posts
• AI for presentations, visuals, and social content
• Hands-on activity: build a relevant document or campaign using your own material

Module 4: Research, Summarisation & Insight | 30 minutes

• Let AI do the reading: summarise long reports, dig into topics, find patterns
• Market and client research made easy
• Hands-on activity: create a brief or summary using your own document or topic

Module 5: Build Your Own AI Assistant | 45 minutes

• What custom GPTs and chatbots can do for your business
• Planning your assistant: use cases, tone, rules, and structure
• Hands-on activity: design and deploy a basic custom assistant

Final Q&A + Wrap-Up | 30 minutes

• Open Q&A: real problems, real answers
