Privacy Policy

Newsletter signup: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is stored by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email provider. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

AI tools (Scorecard, Policy Builder): When you use our free tools, we collect your email address and the answers you provide. This data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Jonathan McCrea. We use it to understand what our audience needs and to follow up if appropriate.

Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data) to understand which pages are visited. If you accept cookies, we also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings) to improve the site. Neither identifies you personally.

Advertising: We advertise on Google, Instagram/Facebook and TikTok. If you accept cookies, we load their measurement pixels (Google Ads, Meta and TikTok) so we can see which ads bring people to the site and show our ads to relevant audiences. We never sell your data. Decline cookies and none of these load.

Booking:When you book a call, you interact with Google Calendar (Google’s privacy policy applies). We keep a record of confirmed bookings (name, email and time) in our private Google Sheet so we can prepare for and manage the call.
